I have seen reporting on this, but it seems to have not got the coverage it deserves. It was slipped into the budget bill and has absolutely no relevance to the budget whatsoever.
It is a judicial IED aimed at stripping out the ability for the judicial branch of government to halt the march to a theocratic. Autocracy.
