We are now well beyond the usual cycle of Republicans leaving a mess for the next person to fix. The decline is now baked in unless we reimagine the US as the antithesis of what this regime has created.

The Christian right has been trying to kill women’s rights for years …. Abortion , credit and finance , now voting rights …. Besides the economic penalty for any woman in the workplace - your compensation is less than . The Christian right are now inflicting their beliefs in our military … with officers in command spewing talk of the second coming and the Iranian war forecasting an Armageddon.
y’all - this is way broader and deeper than Trump …. He is a puppet … the power lies with those in his cabinet and presidential advisors. The power is not Trumps …. He is the messenger. the federalist society, the Heritage Foundation, the billionaire boys , the Israeli special envoy encased in the administration …. Are the power brokers . It’s going to take years to deconstruct…. Rebuild … and find our moral compass .
If we have any morals or ethics to bring back? Do we ? That is the question .
There is no quick fix. A start would be for human beings to put a priority on our environment and the safety and welfare of our children and the animals. Put these ahead of oneself and all might be surprised at seeing some light at the end of this deadly tunnel. No matter who it is, who they think they are their actions speak louder than their words. They either have humanity or they don't. Well Trump's bunch have made that an extinction in their inhuman indifference to life of any kind. Everyone that holds honor, integrity, humanity, kindness, and everything that will make the kind of world that is desperately thaught after by so very many a reality. But everyone must put their priorities in order. First the 100% protection of our children, our animals, our wildlife, our air, our waters, our lands, and then comes the rest of us. It will come to be a truly beautiful nation and world. The criminals must be dealt with immediately with no long drawn out trials. They are guaranteed a swift and speedy trial and the people and this planet should be guarenteed a swift and speedy sentencing.
Many during this dark time have reviewed their true selves, not as human beings but as something dark and heartless that lusted after power, ritches, and no accountability. No matter who or what got hurt or died. These are the evil that walk among us. That make it unsafe for our children and animals to be alone. This above all else must be addressed severely, no matter who it involves.
If you want a clean healthy safe planet then a major clean up must be made. We all must be committed. No second thoughts but a confirmed dedication to once and for all to have a world of equality and humanity.
Please if you are tired of what has been a black cloud hanging over everyone then step up and join the clean up. One that is for all descent human beings.

I was hoping this article would be critical of Trump. However, it sounds as if he’s been incredibly successful at everything he set out to do: Enriching the elites, widening the wealth gap, Scapegoating immigrants and homosexuals, weakening our European alliances, raising the Stock Market, supporting Crypto, increasing Defense spending, dismantling the Department of Education, US AID, firing government workers, reducing social services, and tripling ICE and detention centers….
I won’t begrudge Trump his accomplishments. The scale is truly impressive, and he rarely hid his ambitions. But I share your disdain for his 70 million voters, his donors and his posse of keystone cops. All those folks continue fiddling while Rome burns. 😢
I keep hearing that Congress can invoke Article 25 Section 4 to get rid of the president and his appointees. So if that is true “ WHY Have They Not Done This?”
