For example, the ideas that the most vulnerable historically targeted in many scenarios, as the " other," the one's to hurt even more, is the pain within transferred and targeted towards those less capable and less influential to hurt anyone back. These lessons will hopefully awaken us to our need to take care of ourselves and thus of one another.
Bottom line; the bottom 90% of the population will foot the bills for the country and receive nothing in return. If you are in the 90% category and you believe that the Trump Administration cares about you and will help in your time of need regardless of your race, sex, religion, political beliefs or sexual orientation, you are totally wrong. If you are a male and practice misogamy and believe Trump will support you, you are totally wrong even though he is the greatest misogamist who ever lived. If you are an immigrant, either legal or illegal, he will come after you and remove you and split your family. Does this sound like something you read or heard about in the 1930's in another country? We need to work together and make sure it does not continue to happen in this country.
I think I'm right about the costs so I'll show my work. One person costs $150 per day. If you hold that person for 30 days then that is $4500. Now, they want to arrest 3000 people per day so that is $13.5 Million (150x30x3000) to arrest and hold them for one month. They want to arrest 3000 per day so multiply $13.5 Million by 365 days in a year and you get $5 Billion for one year.
I think the point you’re missing is that you are accumulating the bed costs. After 30 days assuming they have been deported. They are no longer part of the calculation. There are only effectively 90,000 detainees at any one time. Of course there will be some overlap and the cost inclusion is for a bed per day. There’s so much more cost to add in like apprehension, transport and deportation flight costs etc.
Your calculation for detention costs is wrong I think. At $150 per day for a month the cost is $4500 per person. If their goal is 3000 per day then that is 13.5 Million for each 3000 people (one day's worth). Then 13.5x365 is nearly $5 billion per year!
My calculations are based on the assumption that they are being detained for just 30 days before being deported. Your calculation assumes that they are being detained for the entire year. That's highly unlikely, as I stated, mine is a simplified calculation, which may be off, but I wanted to provide a broad picture. I will revist my numbers though to double check, so thanks Jim
Putin couldn't have found a better operative than Mr. Kraznov.
The truth is, our election data was manipulated.
And sadly, will continue to be unless addressed by Congress. Wishing us good luck on that.

Trump is obnoxious, cruel and greedy.
But he's just a puppet.
Worse, much worse is lurking behind him.
Vance and the authors of Project 2025 will destroy Democracy unless you do something QUICKLY.
Do NOT rely on the mid-terms - "they" intend to cancel them.
Exactly.
JD Vance is just as toxicly malevolent. This administration is ineligible, illegal, ill equipped and completely incapable.
Install who really won this election. Harris.

You are scary.
The truth is scary
