To build a solid economic foundation on which to provide security and prosperity through growth and investment, you MUST have a viable carefully crafted economic plan. The reason Trump is about to inherit the strongest economy in the world, despite his lies to the contrary, is because the Biden administration had that plan.
The fact is, no matter how much Trump and his billionaire puppet master tells you the American economy is on it’s knees, you will find no reputable economist who would disagree that US, is the strongest economy in the world, as Trump takes up residence in the White House.
Could Biden have done better, there is always room improvement. But at every twist and turn, his plans met with obstruction from the lunatic right who objected to investing in American workers and providing a helping hand to the vulnerable.
Not only is Trump inheriting the strongest economy in the world, he is inheriting unprecedented investment in infrastructure, which will deliver fiscal dividends throughout his second term.
Social media and in particular Elon Musk, has been highly successful in delivering the White House. He was helped along in no small measure, by a politically inept Democratic Party. With the help of Musk, Trump created an alternative narrative in which a permissive environment was created to pander to prejudices of millions of American voters. The Trump Musk partnership successfully weaponised racism, homophobia and misogyny while mainlining a blizzard of disinformation to the uneducated.
The result? A 6 times bankrupt, tax cheating sexual predator and adjudicated rapist, not to mention convicted criminal, will become president of the United States on January 20th. It’s the script of a Hollywood horror movie, except it’s not, it’s VERY REAL.
He and his cult will tell you he has inherited an economic disaster. That’s clearly and demonstratively a lie, but get used to those, as he trots them out like candy to a child. There is no question that he was elected because he PROMISED to bring down the cost of groceries, gas and deport every illegal immigrant. He intends to make America great again, by using tariffs to raise the bulk of the revenue for his economic plan.
Will tariffs raise revenue? Yes they will, but here is his NEW BIG LIE for this term. China, Mexico, Canada, Europe and any other shit hole country he decides to impose tariffs on to get what he wants, WILL NOT PAY A CENT, despite him telling you they will. YOU WILL PAY THE TARIFFS in increased prices for imported consumer goods. It is unquestionably a sales tax on every American.
So no, taxes will NOT come down for 95% of hard working Americans. They will increase and along with them inflation, which he promised he would bring down too. It is an economic impossibility to use tariffs to replace required government revenue without creating inflation. This in turn will inevitably increase interest rates. Its economics 101. Why do you think he wants the debt ceiling removed?
The BIG BILL he is having Republicans produce for action when he takes office is specifically designed to pass legislation to avoid the scrutiny phase. He’s about to throw everybody other than the top 5% under the bus.
