I watched all the video, including the ads, and the first one, a Storm is coming, was enormously impressive, while the 2020 congratulations one made me weep because of all that has now been lost. Thank you for showing us that there’s a way to get to a successful 2026 and beyond. I have joined Indivisible at age 72 and have marched in all the national protests of this year. But I completely agree that the Democratic Party needs younger people in both the house and the senate. I for one have been excited by AOC ever since she first joined Congress! She has only gotten better in my view with experience and time.
I love the intelligence, clarity, compassion, honesty, connecting-the-dots thinking, passion, verbal skills, negotiating skills and basic goodness of both AOC and Buttigieg but lord don’t run them for Pres or VP. I am unconvinced of America’s ability to overcome their prejudices yet, and we MUST again be able to soundly win the country in a way that stitches as much of it together as possible in order to rebuild our nation. Nurture many who could win the people and put whomever comes to the top of the primaries into office. Then have this person place AOC and Buttigieg into important cabinet roles where their intelligence and dedication and experience will draw the nation forward, instead of giving fuel to the mammoth slice of the populace who will not be able to vote for a “First Gentleman” or a feisty pissed woman. I love them both for who they are and what they’ve done but neither have the kind of stunning charisma and brilliance snd class of Obama that allowed him to break through the racial barrier …
The only thing that is missing is the ability to be bold, loud and fight like hell for the American people. The passive ideology that narcissists and power hungry will “ return to their senses” needs to be buried. They won’t. And the fight must be energizing and powerful!

We need a solid plan to repair, reunite, and rebuild back to a place where America was a place where we could conceive the power of love could be greater than the love of power ! On the topic of filling the vacant seats in the house, I read somewhere they aren't being filled because it takes a special election set in place by state officials when not done on regular election cycle. Some of the seats are in states that have Republicans at the head, so they aren't exactly motivated to add back Dem seats.
I get scams on my cell phone half the days of a week. Usually they are recognizable. But, the whole of our country is now being scammed by their own president. He learned well from his father how to “put one over on most anyone.” Every day he is in office, he commits countless new ones. We are constantly blindsided by them. At least, on my phone I can use the “Block call” button when an old scam comes up! But, Trump is always coming up with a new one before we handle the previous one. The same for The Press, the same for the Republicans in Congress, the same for the Supreme Court, the same for anything and anyone who interacts with him. The same for MAGA who were vulnerable to fall for it all. How naive & dumb are we? This is the scenario of if you keep making the same mistake over & over, it is Insanity!
We need to stop our insanity & stop being conned by a con man who is a felon. And, know this: many of his actions have AND will result in murder - look at the unavoidable consequences of so many of the actions he puts into play! Look at the bill he is so proud of … there will be many, countless deaths, if that is put into play.
