I watch a lot of the content that Mehdi Hasan produces and I really like most of what he does. It's making me so angry that Israel, OF ALL PEOPLE, are getting away with genocide and murder. It's even worse in the sense that they're doing it and we can see it happening in real time. They can't say it was hidden, as it was in WWII. It's ON CAMERA. It's right in front of our eyes. I cannot believe how any other government who bloody well know this is going on can turn around & provide a single justification for it. It confounds me. Just earlier tonight, I was talking to a guy who was Jewish. He wouldn't hear a bad word about Israel, and said that Palestinians are bad people. it’s not easy to tell the truth about the violence and aggression that is the Israeli history . Years ago I saw news reports about Palestinian boys throwing rocks and using slingshots against the IDF . And the response was brutal - no hesitation to kill these small rebels . Where does a 12 year old boy get the idea it’s ok to fight back with a slingshot ? Israel wants to label everyone in Gaza as terrorists - even 12 year olds . These kids have witnessed murder , land grabs , food shortages , fuel embargoes, hospitals with no antibiotics, homes being blown up - maybe even torture by the IDF . Is it any surprise that they would want to defend their own people?

We do have the ability to kill to preserve our lives in self-defence and the ability to kill just for the sake of killing.

Politics, religion, financial acumen, they are all excuses to dominate and oppress.
