As a profound and I believe a effective way to move forward, I am in favor of a national strike; let it last more than one day, or at least long enough for corporations to feel the pain.
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., believed that the bigots who ran the U.S. had the potential of overcoming its narcissistic ways if they were made to see the shortcomings of terrorism and capitalism as policy and practice. Instead they forced him and the people he spoke for (which is all of us) that the people who matter are not interested in change let alone morality. They killed him and many others who spoke of improvement. In fact that sums up the status of the nation since his time concerning our “democracy.”
I would like to see legislation addressing campaign financing, rolling back Citizens United and putting an end to corporate peoplehood and money is "free speech" to be the first order of business when Democrats take over House and Senate majorities. In fact, I believe that having that ready to go, including a prohibition of SCOTUS review, is the only way of assuring we will win majorities in 2026.
Back at you with the need for a coalition, where you could move millions of people to follow directives. Why isn't anyone putting up that flagpole for signatures? Why aren't you?
I forgot about that. I don't get why no one has done this. Maybe bigger forces are at work, where we have to go further the hard way to be able to deal with the fundamental changes that are in order??? What else can I fund you for?

It is frustrating to see Democrats missing this opportunity to engage with people of all creeds and political orientation, fighting along the New generation with all the tools there are available out there.
A change is needed and if the old guard of Dems won't see it - people will have to push it .
I am a dreamer that see the good in every human being however, Life has taught me that when you engage with a bully there are NO ways to come to a common ground because they will always seek power and control over others .
So Dems better stop negotiating with the aggressor and start fighting for the Dignity and Respect of every human being in the country!

I don’t think a non U.S. citizen doing it would be a wise move. However, I’m More than willing to help an American do it.
