Why don’t Democrats start now with court cases to prevent the key parts of this from happening. Why aren’t we dragging Musk into court on these issues. We are always reacting - we need to be proactive.
This is an area that people need to pay attention to. We cannot assume that there will NOT be tampering with the midterm elections. THE QUESTION IS WHERE ARE THE WEAK SPOTS IN THE VOTING PROCESS AND HOW CAN WE STRENGTHEN THEM TO MAKE THE PROCESS LESS SUSCEPTIBLE TO BEING HACKED? It doesn’t really matter who is doing the hacking, if the process is insecure, the outcome is called into question so unless the results are of landslide proportions, they can be contested by the opposition.
Please spread this as widely as possible ! You are right that these concerns are going under the radar. All of the data trolling that DOGE did / is doing could well be tied to voter rolls challenges waiting in the wings for the mid-terms. We need to get out ahead of the game in order to cut it off at the knees, by clearly exposing this motivation in the press etc nationwide, before the MAGA media starts spewing concern about the “fraud” that “the DOGE boys” uncovered…. Totally misinterpreting the data just like they did with Medicaid and Social Security and causing the elections to be in upheaval, people to lose faith in the outcomes of elections and more voters to get purged from the ranks without time to re-verify their status before the election. Remember Georgia! A crime for which he has not been prosecuted due to very underhanded dealings.
Definitely terrifying and an absolute reality. I believe this is what Musk will do with all the information he has taken. I have read an article about this is the Mail & Guardian I think it was … that this was mentioned
From the very start anyone with 1/2 a brain could see the election was rigged. Btw there has been videos showing how votes went in 1 way but came out with different picks. Enough of all this tip toeing around this insane fool & the idiots he owns because they were, at least at one time, dumber than him & he has the goods to crush them. I've been saying for 40 years our government is bad but the way it's going now is too extreme. Kick him & his stupid ass kids to the curb, toss the magats away & let's get this remodel going.

…Done already in 2024, when Musk spent weeks in middle Pennsylvania jiggering algorithms on the vote count computers to give the win to Trump. Trump has even said on TV, that the 2028 election has also been set up well in advance, to give him another win for that upcoming election too.

I think it is a clear and present danger that needs to be addressed, but Trump has his foot on the neck of due process
…And all other levers of governmental control remaining to give Trump the unilateral powers he and his minions are working to effect.
